If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return all UNWORN, UNDAMAGED items within 14 days of purchase date.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags, and in the original packaging box. Also, no evidence of stains or odours.
Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of KKEIKO LONDON.
We DO NOT offer free returns.
In the event that an order is incorrect or faulty please contact us via email.
Returns should be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned.
We only offer exchange for a different size.
To make sure you receive your new items as soon as possible. We will start processing your order as soon as you placed the order. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it.
If something additional is needed asap such as a different size you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the size you wanted to change to. different colour way or item, please place a new order for this and return the unwanted items back to us.

Whilst we aim to ship orders as quick as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods.
If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card enabling you to collect your order from your local Post Office.
